MOVE INTO MIDDLE SCHOOL: Our 6th Graders are finding their way around the building and making new friends during their second day of the program. We look forward to seeing them return to the classrooms in the fall!
FFA CAMP: Some of our students are spending a week up north at Camp Oswegatchie! This agriculture-based camp helps students build leadership skills while also experiencing the outdoors!
MOVE INTO MIDDLE SCHOOL: It's Day One of our summer program, "Move into Middle School," designed to help our incoming 6th graders transition from CFE. The students met some of the teachers they will have in the fall and learned how to adjust to their new schedules.
INTERNATIONAL SOCCER: On August 14th, Chenango Forks will welcome students from Harvey Grammar School in England for a week of soccer scrimmages in the Southern Tier! Free and open to the community. Join us for friendly competition and camaraderie!
GIRLS WHO CODE: Binghamton University is offering a free program for middle school and high school girls interested in the world of coding! Deadline to apply is August 12, 2024.

GRADUATION 2024: We are excited to host The Class of 2024 Graduation Ceremony tomorrow! Whether you plan on attending in person, or virtually, here is what you need to know:

MORE ARTWORK: Mrs. Russell's 7th-grade art class crafted beautiful vases from clay this week. They used various hand-building techniques to design and construct their vases, then finished them with a range of glazes.
ARTWORK: Mrs. Russell's 6th-grade art students finished up the year and said, ‘Piece of cake!’ Take a look at their clay slab pieces that they finished up during the last week of school! Students designed their slice of cake, built the clay slab piece, decorated the cake and painted with different colored glaze.
CTE DAY: Students from our middle school visited Broome Tioga BOCES' Career and Technical Education Day recently. They had the chance to explore the many different programs that are offered, as well as the opportunity to discuss new career opportunities!
STUDENTS OF THE MONTH: Congratulations to our Middle School Students of the Month for June! Certificates will be mailed home with end-of-year report cards.
