CONGRATULATIONS: Students in Mrs. Laine's Science Olympiad team placed 6th overall in the regional competition in Ithaca this weekend! Our own Gabby Barry and Aspen Nabinger placed 3rd overall and won a bronze medal in the Robot Tour event!

SCHOOLHOUSE: Our first-grade students had the opportunity to learn a piece of local history, just steps away from their classroom! The Chenango Schoolhouse Museum is located on our property just outside CFE. Our students learned about artifacts and what it was like to live in early America. They had great questions and got to try some fun activities!

HAPPY RETIREMENT: Yesterday we bid farewell to one of our cafeteria staff, Mrs. Betty Gincerowski! Betty started her career with #ForkNation 36 years ago at the Charlotte Kenyon. Since then, her journey has led her to hold a plethora of positions though all of our school buildings. We will miss her dearly but wish her the very best in her retirement!


MATH COLLABORATIVE: Today CFE hosted another session with the Southern Tier Math Collaborative which is co-designed and co-facilitated by Dr. Lara Imm in partnership with the NYS Master Teacher Program, Southern Tier!
